Technical Data

Our ground steel 4H solar mounting system is a durable solution designed for large solar parks. The racking structure adapts to various terrains and ensures reliable performance with minimal maintenance requirements.

Ground-mount system with 2 embedded posts. Tilt angle options up to 35 degrees.

  • Foundation posts: steel, S355 HDG > 80um or ZAM600 coated (depending on soil conditions)
  • Girders / Rafters / Purlins: steel S355 ZAM310 or ZAM430
  • Module clamps: aluminum clamps AL6005-T5 or SUS304/316 nuts & bolts according to project design and specification
  • Fasteners and screws: SUS 304 or SUS 316
  • Individual system structural design and analysis based on regional data and customer guidelines
  • When it’s needed, structural analysis of the terrain based on an external soil expertise
  • Load assumptions according to EU Codes
  • Verification of all structural components on the basis of SAP2000 calculations or verification according to structural test setup
  • Framed modules with a frame height from 30 – 40 mm
  • 2 PV module rows in Landscape configuration
  • Option for large format modules and bifacial modules

  • Concrete block and/or concrete foundation available when soil is not suitable for pile driving.
