Technical Data

Our ground Aluminum solar mounting system is a durable solution designed for small and medium-sized solar parks. The racking structure adapts to different terrains and ensures reliable performance with minimal maintenance.

Aluminum ground-mount system with steel ground screws. Tilt angle options up to 35 degrees.

  • Ground screws: steel, S235 HDG > 80um or >100um (depending on soil conditions)
  • Tube legs/ Girders / Rafters / Purlins: AL 6005-T5
  • Module clamps: aluminum clamps AL6005-T5 or SUS304/316 nuts & bolts according to project design and specification
  • Fasteners and screws: SUS 304 or SUS 316
  • Individual system structural design and analysis based on regional data and customer guidelines
  • When it’s needed, structural analysis of the terrain based on an external soil expertise
  • Load assumptions according to EU Codes
  • Verification of all structural components on the basis of SAP2000 calculations or verification according to structural test setup
  • Framed modules with a frame height from 30 – 40 mm
  • 2 PV/3V module rows in portrait configuration or 2H/3H/4H module rows in landscape configuration
  • Option for large format modules and bifacial modules

  • Stable positioning, optimal performance.
  • Double-post structures are preferred for expansive multi-row module setups.
  • Perfect for building big solar arrays on flat areas or slight slopes.
  • Proven high material and economic efficiency.
  • Support up to 3 PV modules in Portrait orientation or up to 6 PV modules in Landscape orientation. 
  • Concrete block and/or concrete foundation available when soil is not suitable for pile driving.
