The ONENESS OPVS-HBS hanger bolt solar mounting system provides a direct, adjustable connection between the roof substructure and PV mounting rails on corrugated metal and fibre-cement roofs. It is designed for accurate rail alignment, reliable load transfer and weather-resistant rooftop installation.
Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel with aluminum mounting components, the hanger bolt system provides mechanical strength and corrosion resistance for demanding environmental conditions. Multiple bolt lengths and thread configurations support suitable timber and steel substructures.
EPDM sealing components help protect roof penetrations when installed correctly. Final bolt spacing, penetration details and component quantities must be verified for the roof structure, module layout and project-specific wind and snow loads.
