A few things to know.
Does SmartPlan provide a final structural design?
SmartPlan prepares draft layouts and component quantities. Wind, snow, ballast and roof-capacity calculations are not included in this release. Final design and installation require a project-specific engineering review.
How are roof obstacles marked?
You trace obstacles yourself on the map. Check roof equipment, skylights, access routes and any missing features against the current roof before finalising your layout.
Can I save a project and return later?
Yes. Sign in with your approved account to save and reopen projects. You can also download a project file to keep your own copy.
What do the structure weights include?
Structure weights follow the listed mounting components and exclude PV modules and ballast blocks. NEO leg weights are pending, so its known subtotal is marked incomplete. kg/m² uses gross roof plan area and is shown only when the weight data is complete.
