ONENESS L-Foot system is a precision-engineered mounting solution designed for corrugated, trapezoidal, and metal sheet roofs. It provides a secure interface between the roof structure and mounting rails, ensuring high structural reliability and long-term performance of photovoltaic installations.
Manufactured from extruded aluminum (AL 6005-T5, anodized 15μm) and combined with stainless steel (SUS 304 / SUS 410) fasteners, the L-Foot offers excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in diverse environmental conditions. The system is engineered to comply with international wind and snow load standards (EN 1991, AS/NZS 1170, etc.), making it suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
The adjustable slot design allows fine-tuning of rail positioning, optimizing module alignment while reducing installation complexity. Roof penetrations are minimized through self-tapping or hanger bolt fixation methods, ensuring watertightness and long service life of the roof structure.
